The parties will submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court Tel-Aviv, Israel.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision shall be deemed to be severable from the remainder of these Terms of Use and shall not cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of these Terms of Use. This is the entire agreement between you and Hymax with regards to the subject matter herein and these Terms of Use shall not be modified except as provided herein.
